As a newby to the forum....and somewhat a learning novice concerning better wines..may I be so bold to suggest a couple of my recent favorites. In the past I have enjoyed some of the imported French pale Rose's...and Cabernets. Also, years ago,room temperature Chianti with raviola was a favorite. A year or so ago I discovered Black Opal 51% Cabernet/49% Merlot from Austrailia that was quite surprisingly tasty. More recently...Cal' Del Solo Big House Red wine from central California. May I inquire about some of your favorites for future reference...if anyone is interested?
