Recs for a Burgundy leather jacket for a shorter guy?

Hello!

After a fair amount of research and trying on a couple jackets, it seems I'm far from the ideal body type for a leather jacket. Can anyone recommend a non-custom leather jacket for no more than $1200 in Burgundy (or a dark wine, or even a particularly expressive brown) for my measurements below? I'd also like it to have a Mandarin collar and no belts. I've already tried the Schott 530 in small and medium (either too big, too tight or just too long).

-5'7", 150 pounds
-chest 39.5"
-sleeves 25"
-shoulder 18"

Johnson Leather.. custom there should still be less than your limit if you stick to a basic model and have them adjust length... I don't think any maker will offer you a well fitting off the rack jacket, off the rack is modelled for average builds and 5'7 with a 40" chest is far from average I believe...
