Depends on the construction of the bonnet. Mine attaches with an elasticated aperture to the hose so a similar one would work as a replacement. But if it has to be exactly the right size hole then could be tricky. Although gaffer tape can fix anything!

I think I found it in the collectables section - if you do a search for 'hair' you get a page of some interesting stuff, including dryers! A search for 'vintage' in health & beauty/hair care/hair dryers yields good results too.
