I have this jacket too and it's one of the most comfortable I own. The tobacco leather is fantastic. Absolutely love mine and this one looks like another excellent example.

Yes, it measures like a 40 which is my size and I also have other size 40 RC jackets that measure a bit larger than this one. I really like this.
