Wow, that’s awesome! So is it possible to communicate with them to group together 2-3 jackets, each bought from different sellers, and have Buyee ship in one package within the 30 day storage period?
Yes — you simply wait for all of your purchases to arrive at Buyee’s warehouse and then request package consolidation, which is a service they will provide for free

I've never had the need to communicate with them, but I suppose you could. They offer a live chat feature and I'm sure there's an email option as well. The workflow is pretty straightforward. I don't have anything cooking currently as I just received my last shipment yesterday, but I'll try to provide what screenshots I can.

Once you purchase an item it will show up under My Page > Shopping > Orders. Here you can see two items purchased two weeks apart, one from Mercari and the other from Fleamarket:

Once the item arrives at the warehouse in then also appears in My Page > Package Information > In Storage. Since I don't have anything currently in storage I can't provide an adequate screenshot, but it's at this point that you can see how many storage days you have left for each item. Here's one of several warnings I received about my storage period running out:

Prior to that I had received 1-2 emails, the background color changed on the number of days left, and I got a popup when I logged in or navigated to My Page. So they very clearly let you know when you're running down.

Anyway, each item will have a checkbox that you can select when you're ready to have it shipped. If you have multiple items you want to ship check however many items you want to include in the combined package. There will be additional buttons to select to combine multiple packages for shipping and if you want additional protective packaging. Combining packages is a free service. The additional protective packaging is an added cost. I've never opted for the additional protective packaging because it just adds dimension and weight, thereby increasing the shipping cost as well. The regular, standard packaging has been more than sufficient for 2-3 days of travel.

It should be noted that while items are "in process" being combined and/or prepared for shipping, those days do not count against your free storage period. Assuming that you are combining multiple items into one final package, Buyee will then alert you that your package is ready at which point you need to select a shipping option and pay for it. Buyee defaults to EMS, but you can choose which method you want.

Another day or so of final processing and then you'll see something similar to this:

This package was shipped via Buyee Air Delivery (UPS) for $52. The package was 12" x 15" x 10" and weighed 7.5lb. As you can see it shipped on the 05 Feb 25, and I received it 06 Feb 25. Now bear in mind, for me there is a 14 hour time difference, so really it's two days.

I wouldn't say the process is difficult, it's just different. Fortunately, as @cbez mentioned he and others have done a great job explaining how to use these proxie services. And the Buyee web site does a good job explaining the work flow. My first time was a little intimidating due to the newness factor, but I've used it multiple times since and have never had an issue.

Thank you all for helping understand the whole process. I was definitely intimidated and lost before all your help. Now, I feel confident enough to pull the trigger on some really well priced jackets! If it all works out, it’ll be way cheaper than eBay!
