More shows need to look like this. Some of the shows I have been to and they look like a carnival. This is the way to see into heaven!

I hope Mr. Hepcat doesn't mind I used one of his prize winning photos. :)

I see the front end of a 1950 Special Deluxe Plymouth like mine, peeking in from the right hand side of your very last photo.:)

Nice collection. I remember most of them when they were still on the streets! :eusa_doh:

I love this Studebaker Commander. I see it has TN tags on it may not be far from home:) . I really like these two-tone paint jobs. My Desoto was about the same color of light green. I was going to change it to a Royal Maroon but now I think I may stick to the green and do the dark green top. Thanks for the photos sometimes it really helps to see the color before ruling it out. The Desoto's been in prime so long (15 years) that I forgot what the green looked like.

J.S.
Glad the pics could help an actual project J.S.! Sorry, I don't know what that powder blue one was. glad everyone enjoyed the pics, keep seeing cars in the background I wish I'd got shots of, but I knew at the time that was going to happen

I love all of those cars as I absolutely obsess over cars as a whole.
But I think I'll pick the 1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic Coupe, once I convince Ralph Lauren to give it to me. I'm a sucker for the rarest of rares. I pretty much drooled over it for 30 minutes at the Ralph Lauren Car Collection at the MFA in Boston 2 years ago.

Wow, those are great pics CousinHepcat. And, welcome back to the lounge!

I really couldn't narrow my choice down to just one. I would take them all but if I had to chose it'd be a tough choice between the Paeton, the first Cadillac and the MG. Daisy now drifts off into dream land:)

They just don't make'm like they used to.:) I can't believe some people don't like vintage cars. I mean.. look at these pictures. Vintage cars have some much more character than todays cars. All these cars HOT!

I'll admit it, I'm a car NUT!! I pride myself on being able to rebuild a carburetor and not mess up my manicure (laugh if you want I have done it before)! My very first car ever (which I still own) was a 57 Chevy. My Pops has a 46 Dodge. My special fella has a 50 Lincoln mild kustom and a 31 Model A Sedan turned complete period correct 50’s kustom. As far as a dream car I’d like to just keep stock and enjoy driving, my two picks right now would have to be a 49 Kaiser, or a 52 Caddy convertible. Then again, if we’re talking about cars I can make my own…Well, the list starts with an A roadster (Probably nailhead powered to match my beau’s, and done in pink and black of course!) and goes on and on and on!!:D

Wow! This takes me back to my childhood. I spent many a day at classic car shows, my dad has a '50 Buick Fastback and he used to have a Ford Model A. Between the cars pictured, it's a hard choice, but I'd say I have to take the good old '40 Ford, if for no other reason than I've been dreaming of owning one of those for as long as I can remember. But if given any of those cars, I'd drive it with nothing but pride and take care of it like nothing else in this universe.

Car Show Glendale, Arz

I recently went to a car show in Glendale, Arz. I thought some of you may be interested in the photos I took while there. :)

Note: My goal was to get Ben Cooter Jones's autograph and that is why those photos are included. I am such a Duke fangirl. :p

Warning: Lotsa photos!!!
