Yeah do people actually wear these items or does that decrease their value?

I see these as "wearable" pieces of art.

Depends on the item. Core stuff decreases in value even though it's of the exact same manufacturing standard as anything else they do. Specialty pieces like this coat actually gain value due to scarcity.

Even if you wanted to buy a brand new coat right now & had the money in hand, you would not be able to do so. Getting in touch with the studio is not possible (they have no online presence whatsoever) so you'd have to deal through one of the distributors which themselves don't know when and even if they can/will make you a coat.

Some creation processes like post-construction tanning & dyeing, were genuinely so complex and taxing that the studio gave up on these methods altogether so perhaps something you've seen somewhere is no longer to ever repeat itself.

But these people do their best. All three CCP distributors are some of the nicest people in this business that I've talked to. London CCP store personnel was absolutely wonderful. We ended up talking about random stuff an hour, even though upon entering the store, I straight up announced that I just wanted to see the clothes in person with absolutely no intention or means to buy anything at all.

So wearing this coat wouldn't necessarily decrease its value.

LOL. I always get this feeling from this maker.

I actually miss that CCP era as he now shifted into something which I no longer understand. I mean...

Oh, and these glow in the dark. Or reflect light.

Apparently, they're very comfortable as sneakers.

Still obsessing over the work of Romulus Von Stezelberger:

...And he has the approval of East/West creator Norman Stubbs to re-create these beauties.
OK, these parrot jackets might not be to everyone's tastes...but the workmanship is amazing:

Romulus,

I am writing to inform you that I have received a formal response from the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, which has officially transferred the case to the California Office of the Attorney General (Ref: BCP-26-05-047806).

Furthermore, I have begun publicly exposing this entire situation and your failure to deliver on specialized collector and leathercraft forums across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Japan.

You still have time to stop this if you refund my money and provide a serious response. You have no idea who you are dealing with: I am a software engineer and I know exactly how to hit where it hurts most online, ensuring that every corner of the web learns about this fraud and how you treat your customers.

You brought this entirely on yourself through your complete lack of professionalism and continuous silence. I will not stop until I get what is mine: a full refund of my money.

A French police motorcycle jacket depicted in the Les Barbouzes movie (1964). The jacket is maybe not entirely authentic but is quite close to the true thing.
