Vinted has a site for US and Canada. I can log in with my account at vinted.nl, but apparently only window shop. Do the Dutch or Germans do forwarding like the Japanese so outsiders can shop and send to the forwarder for shipping? Hmmm?

In browsing a selling site I never really looked through before, in amongst all the "rare" and "vintage" wool plaid fedoras, I have come across the rarest of the rare. . . A felt Panama.
This is an odd bird. Anyone ever seen a Dobbs 7X Beaver before? It's a Dobbs West, which I don't know much about beyond it was introduced by Hat Corporation of America in the late 60s. I've never seen a Dobbs with an X felt designation so I'm curious if anyone has seen one of these before.

Gripe: I have an auction win being shipped (which includes the hat box so I knew it wouldn’t be cheap), but when I changed the address tied to my account to my daughter’s just two blocks away (as I am at the farm this week) the price was higher. Not sure if it is because her house is in the city limits or what. This is UPS through Shipping Saint. So I changed it back to my address and will split the $14.60 in savings with her when she has to go get it off the porch. Hope she gets there before the pirates.
