I don't think you can buy from Vinted if you are located in usa, but i'm not sure! It's only , netherlands, germany, italy, spain and france as far as i know.

Vinted has a site for US and Canada. I can log in with my account at vinted.nl, but apparently only window shop. Do the Dutch or Germans do forwarding like the Japanese so outsiders can shop and send to the forwarder for shipping? Hmmm?

Stefan, Thank you posting all the photos of these fantastic Soft Felt Hats! That is definitely a great mix of German makers!

In browsing a selling site I never really looked through before, in amongst all the "rare" and "vintage" wool plaid fedoras, I have come across the rarest of the rare. . . A felt Panama.
This is an odd bird. Anyone ever seen a Dobbs 7X Beaver before? It's a Dobbs West, which I don't know much about beyond it was introduced by Hat Corporation of America in the late 60s. I've never seen a Dobbs with an X felt designation so I'm curious if anyone has seen one of these before.

Gripe: I have an auction win being shipped (which includes the hat box so I knew it wouldn’t be cheap), but when I changed the address tied to my account to my daughter’s just two blocks away (as I am at the farm this week) the price was higher. Not sure if it is because her house is in the city limits or what. This is UPS through Shipping Saint. So I changed it back to my address and will split the $14.60 in savings with her when she has to go get it off the porch. Hope she gets there before the pirates.
My address outside the city:
Her address just inside the city:

DAMN!!!From a win to a defeat it seems. DPD was supposed to ship these three hats to me, but managed to lose the package. It hasn't shipped at all but they don't know what happened to it. So both seller and myself are left empty handed...

Thanks, gents. I still have a faint hope it will show up somehow. This has happened before, out of nowhere after three months.

Thanks. Of all the packages to lose, why this one?

Oh no…. How disappointing. I had that happen with an auction house once. They unfortunately never did find the item. Damned if I remember what it was now. From a win to a defeat it seems. Was that ones I sent to you? Sorry this keeps happening to you.
Thanks, gents.
@BobHufford : no it wasn't a hat you sent to me (you haven't sent hats to me recently, have you?)
