Kamikat! That is amazing! Truly--you are my hero! And it's true about running--it just makes the fat drip off! I'm rooting for you!

And thanks for the inspiration--it's going to help keep me away from potato chips I've been obsessing about today!

Brilliant, Kamikat! Love that running - it's not just exercise, it's a meditative experience.

Thanks Kamikat! You inspired me to go officially from a size 10 to a size 6 as of yesterday!

I was almost approaching a size 10 this summer (which is large for me; I'm petite) and yesterday got into my size 6 jeans - barely, while holding my breath and squeezing. (Hey, I'll take it).

Anyway, my goal is to get back into my size 4/6 clothing, so that I can wear most of my wardrobe again, and I'm on my way. I was size 4/6 for 10+ years, so it's not a pipe dream, despite what people think about my age = gaining weight.

Thanks again for the inspiration!

So glad you said this. I think anyone can be the size they want if they want to, (within reason:as long as their body shape is right, ect.) I mean, when I tell people I want to get into a pair of jeans from high school I know they're rolling their eyes. But why not? It's the SAME body. Not like I'm trying to be a size 0. And they're OH so close. Well, at least they were before the holidays!! So what if I wore them like 18 years ago!
