I just picked up this Orgueil OR-4002C Cossack jacket in black horsehide from a Mercari seller in Japan.

Delivery occurred earlier today.
Like most everything used I've bought from Japan, it is in amazing condition as though like new. The fit is snug, but seems about right for a 42. When Japanese clothing makers tell you the size, they mean it. I'm probably more of a 44 at the moment, so I can only really wear it over a t-shirt or thin button down. If I could find one in 44 I'd have to trade up, but this will be a wearable jacket for me in warmer weather.
According to Orgueil's website, these are made up to size 48, but I've never seen one bigger than a 42 for sale, and even those are exceedingly rare, so I felt fortunate to find this one. I've been waiting patiently for years for the right size and leather variant to show up in the secondary market, and I've never seen a 44 being resold. The price was quite reasonable at 100000JPY and I was able to use a buyee coupon to get it for just under $666 USD + shipping. The exchange rate is very favorable currently for US buyers.
It even came with the original hanger and a small envelope containing a spare button. I doubt the owner wore it more than just to try it on.
What I love about Orgueil's take on this style of jacket is the front pockets. I really like the rounded bell-shaped stitching lines.
The leather on this jacket is exceptional. It is 1.3mm horse, fine grain, and just beautifully tanned, and drapes very naturally. Orgueil offfers this in a few different leathers, the 4002A is in a nubuck-like leather, and I've seen a tan colored horsehide which is also very nice. I think the black or tan horsehides are the nicest. The buttons are ornate and add a sense of sophistication. There are two inside pockets in addition to the two outside pockets.
The lining is 100% polyester, which has a semi-satin-y feel to it.
Sale Listing photos below; some close up details to come.
