One can always report an item to Ebay for different categories of infringements, thereby ending the listing without seller's consent.

Definetly not my listing. To bad eBay does not let you report stolen images from outside of own listings. Last time some @$$ used one of my pictures the contact with eBay took so long, that the jacket was sold in the meantime.

Fixed. I contacted the seller and demanded, that he removes the picture, which he did immediately.
