Having just spent the first full day off I've had in two months finishing my taxes, I'm too tired and headachy to cook anything. So it's order a pizza and spend the rest of the day catatonic.

Last time I enjoyed a really "good" pizza was from a place called
"New York Style" pizza & the other was "Chicago Pizza". Both different but nevertheless yummy.

All we have is mostly chain company cardboard tasting pizza & wannabes.

What I'd like is a roast beef sandwich, with onions, and melted sharp cheddar cheese, on toasted bread.
What I have time for is a protein bar and a cup of coffee.
No wonder I've lost weight for the past few weeks.

Couldn't have my regular Tuesday hamburger today because our favorite local spot had its grill out of commission. So I settled for a "portsider," a regional specialty consisting of ham, cheese, and chicken on a roll. No bacon, though.
