I'm fearful to Google that term. What is that, a hot dog with horse meat?

Yes, I think that that comes close, as Hot Dog has been implemented as an euphemism for Frankfurters / Wieners in USA some time during WW I if I remember right.

Really yummy stuff, also steaks and roulades from the horse are excellent, luckily we still got some horse butchers around here.

Got me a couple of ham sandwiches. I usually put some homemade mayo in it made of fresh herbs from my kitchen garden and a few drops of olive oil. Tastes great but I keep thinking that's a lot of calories... delicious calories...
