Po' Boy . . .

What kind??

Down here when we say po-boy, we usually talkin'bout shrimp.....or crawfish, or crab, or fried fish of some kind....or sometimes even a big ol' link of spicy hot smoked sausage that has spent a little time down in the frier.

Some trail mix (cashews, almonds, peanuts, and m&m's) along with a protein bar.
I'm thinking this will be my regular lunch once my department's season starts cranking up.
Ie, something I can eat while driving...

Just defrosted leftover Thanksgiving turkey with swiss cheese, salt, pepper and mayo on a Kaiser roll. It has been long enough since Thanksgiving that it tasted awesome again. Great lunch.

Today I had lunch with my wife. It was spinach & feta stuffed croissants with hummus and pita chips and a big cup of black coffee.

Late breakfast/lunch consisted of "omelette".
a couple of brown eggs, chopped bacon, shredded white cheese
cherry tomatoes, garlic and a sprinkling of a bit of basil leaves with
hot cocoa & buttered homemade flour tortillas.
