Liner question

This may have been asked and answered many times, but I’m kind of new and haven’t had luck finding anything so far. I’m wondering if this liner is a meaningful indicator about a hat, or is it one that has been used for so long at so many different tiers in the Stetson lineup that it isn’t indicative of anything, necessarily. Thanks in advance for any help with my education.
