Reads to me like someone selling a jacket "the same as" one worn by Dean, as opposed to claiming it to be the *actual* jacket. Poorly worded, but I don't think there is any dishonest intent here. Surely if they was they'd be looking a *lot* more than fifty bucks shy of a grand.
