Is anyone here familiar with Scarlett Only-The-Brave brand?

Hello to everyone! I'm new here and sincerely apologize if my post is inappropriate for this section of the forum - feel free to point it out.

Yesterday I found this vintage jacket online, and it's pretty cheap ($150 but I was able to knock it down to ~$105). I know most people's advice is to save up a good amount of money (some say $1000+) to buy a new tailored jacket that will last a lifetime or more. But what about vintage leather jackets? What's a good price for one? What to be on the lookout for?

The jacket I found is allegedly from the 80s, according to its description. But I'm not sure, I never bought anything second-hand online and never owned anything made of leather. The zippers look suspiciously shiny. The brand - Scarlett Only-The-Brave - seems to be so obscure that there is absolutely no information about it online.

The reason I want to buy it so much is the boxy look. The seller seems to be fine, he said that the leather is genuine (which I know doesn't mean much) and doesn't stink (don't know if it's important). Can someone knowledgeable explain to me, a layman, whether I'm going to waste my money or be happy with the purchase? Or maybe someone could point out something important about it to me? Maybe someone is familiar with the brand. I would be interested in any info about it and general advice when it comes to buying vintage leather jackets online.

In the pictures, the shell appears to be horsehide, and it appears to be older than the 80s, unless it was worn every day, all day long. But I don't think most manufacturers did horsehide in the 80s.

Buy it, and don't look back. For $105 it would be hard to go wrong.

Thank you so much for your answer! Do you know if it's normal for hardware to be so shiny in vintage jackets?
