The guilty ones committed unspeakably evil acts and should be hunted down, tried, and punished. That is justice. That is why murder has no statute pf limitations.
It helps disturb the sleep of unrepentently evil men, and discourages others from following in their footsteps. A fairly-conducted public trial, preferrably in Israel, of a 90-year-old Nazi would do wonders to terrify some of the folks who think they have gotten away with it.
It would be wonderful if there were people similarly hunting down the murderers of Stalinist Russia, Maoist China, Rwanda, the Balkans, and so forth The international community has shown through its inaction they they really don't care. At least the remaining Nazi murderers will get no peace in this life.
