I have a military coat from the 50's

I have a fishtail park from 1951. I want to know what kind of liner it is. It came with wolf trim. The aluminium rods inside of the hood was broken; I replaced it with electric wire with plastic on it to make it last for a very long time.

What kind of liner is this? Is it alpaca or mohair?

The trim is wolf. Wool lining inside the hood.
