take a picture of yourself in the jacket when it arrives and send it back to Vanson, show them what that jacket is supposed to look like!

Just received this custom Ridley from Thurston Brothers yesterday! Tumbled Chromexcel Horsehide, Rob Roy tartan, brown stitching, and removable brown mouton collar.
Found this jacket for sale recently, and thought it looked quite cool. Very different from all the other jackets in my collection, and definitely more flashy than I'm used to. I'm cautiously optimistic about this

Just received this item and very little info on the jacket. No tags, no logos etc.I have an inkling I've heard of that one - thought there were legion British motorcycle leather brand names back in the day, most of them long since disappeared, typically by the turn of the 90s. Be interesting to hear more once you have it in hand.

I still believe the seller who said it’s a custom interstate jacket (as he’s a business seller selling motorcycle gear).
Here’s some photos of the piece:

I’m on the fence on whether or not to keep. The fit is pretty solid except for the sleeve length which is marginally too short. I think just about get away with it, and could wear it with a long sleeved base to slightly hide this further. Seller has free returns (though I’ll offer tocover shipping as if I do return it’s entirely my fault)

Exactly, that’s what attracted me to the jacket. It has the aesthetic of those old school motorcross jackets, without being too bulky / having too much padding, which made it really unique.Interesting piece. It is a pity the label isn't there now, but I can well believe it was custom made; there's a level of detail there that isn't just a transfer / print / patch the way I'd expect from a production run. Very cleanly done. Fit wise, body looks fine - the sleeves do have that little bit of Joey Ramone going on, so really depends on whether you can live with that. It certainly doesn't look bad so - especially if you're not planning to ride in it - it's really a comfort thing. Really clean example, definitely has the vibe of something ordered up by someone who wanted a street-riding jacket that reflected a track suit. Never seen one quite identical.
