How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

So I’m seriously considering (carefully) ripping the cupro out of my new suede DH. It's suede HH and much of the remains will be concealed, that which will still show will hopefully develop into a low profile fringe feature
If over time the seam integrity is compromised no loss, I'll either send it out to have it repaired or properly lined with cotton.
Prove me wrong.

Arrived, first impressions are nice.
Taking a fast look around all things appear to be in place and well fixed.
Sized **L the fit, most important, is to my liking. Back and sleeve length are OK, get my shoulders, belly and arms (greatest concern) stowed comfortably enough. Only thing I immediately removed has been the acrylic hare, too uncomfortable when jacket is closed. Over all enough room to move comfortably, though of course no Pilates dress.
Would probably not have bought it at regular price tag but at sales price it appears to be OK after first impressions.
So over all I think I’ll keep it.

Compared to my FQHH Aero and a goat skin Luftwaffe flight jacket I owned decades ago I would estimate the Schott cow to stand remarkably closer to the goat than the hack.

This just arrived. Amazingly soft, pebbly sheepskin with a lot of character already.

The fit is a tad on the snug side when zipped up but still wearable, esp. with a thinner layer underneath. I'll try to shoot some fit pics some day for you to judge.

Done and done ‘er.
Fits better, way less sweaty, and a little lighter - what’s not to like?
Well, it did expose some less than stellar stitching, but I don’t think it’s structural.

I sold some jackets in 2021 and swore I was downsizing but this happened and showed up a few days ago. Colimbo Stokman's coat in tan horse. Colour is darker than shown in the pics and wearing it a bit started to crease the sleeves already.

I have no idea but it is cool and pointless all at the same time. Stash your weed in it maybe. I've wanted a Stockman for a few years now but any 40 I tried was too small but this one fits just nice.

Yeah curious to hear your review once it's in hand. Especially regarding shoulder mobility - all too rare for these 3/4-length coats to have the underarm-football designs & so on.

Yeah curious to hear your review once it's in hand. Especially regarding shoulder mobility - all too rare for these 3/4-length coats to have the underarm-football designs & so on.

My Freewheelers Dustbowl and Journeyman have the underarm gussets which help and the ones on the Colimbo are ok but not as good as the Freewheelers or my Langlitz. Arm holes are a bit lower than Freewheelers on the Colimbo. My Rainbow Country Spider which has an action back moves nicely with me, but for a longish coat the Colimbo is cool so far. This makes 4 button-ups in a similar length so I have to stop or sell something. I didn't need this jacket that is for sure.
