How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

It does look good. The only thing that would bug me personally is the flag but other than that the design looks nice and the fit on you is great.
The red and white stripes? I personally like it, it's subtle enough but I can understand the preference not to have outer branding like that.

The grain has started to pop really nicely and faster than I expected.

Awesome! Where did you snag this ?

Ken is working on some Type 3 jackets, I emailed him asking about it and he sent me this picture. Apparently they are going to do a run of suede and a washed wool lining (not Troy Mills) type 3s, and Ken made this jacket to test how it would look. It took me about 3 seconds to hit that reply button. Like the image below but with more polite phrasing:

Edit: removed incorrect references to “pattern test”. This jacket was to test the combination of suede and the wool lining, not to tweak the pattern. Apologies for that, just me being confused and using the wrong word.

Love that @torfjord! I’ve got something along those lines coming, used though as I need to understand if that colour suits me.

It seems like Aero have been doing these on and off. There are a few used on Yahoo jp. There is currently a size 40 blanket lined shorthorn replica at a very good price.

Haha. Does he have more available!?!

and what is the difference in pattern do you know?

Sorry, I think I used the wrong word to describe the jacket. Aero is not changing their pattern, so I should probably not have used “pattern test” to describe it. They are going to do a run of type 3 jackets to use up some of their suede they have in stock and a washed wool lining. The jacket that is on its way to me was made to see how they would look. Apologies if I’ve caused any confusion!
