This morning my wife surprised me with something quite different(Oh no!)..poached egg over cream of wheat flavored with honey...buttered English muffin. (...But..Oh yes)...really quite satisfying with fresh pulpy orange juice and black coffee!Yum

When i was pregnant my husband( who is a chef if you can believe it) made me a version of heuvos rancheros. The secret ingredient in this case was red/green tomato chow chow.

I'm making eggs in a basket for dinner and may fry up some pork chops to go with.
