@Ton: Yes you do.
Himel's Steerhide jackets are Phenominal. I thought originally "oh, he's making a cheaper alt" but NO!
It is beautiful stuff, and I prefer it in some cases to the Shinki horsehide.
..I know...blasphemy :eek:

Greg, I think Theodoros (Thedi) is a great call!

Outside of Himel's batch of new designs, Theodoros is the only person I know who's put out multiple interesting new moto designs. Similar to Himel, they tend to be historical "inspirations" rather than reproductions. He's got an incredible array of unique jackets.

Seen a mandarin collar racer jacket in town today that looked so damn good that I had to approach the guy and ask. Awkward thing to do, but I had to know. Turns out the jacket was Levi's Sta Prestmodel of some sort, never seen anything like it before from Levi's but man, I doubt that I've ever seen a better fitting CR - and I like to believe that I have a somewhat good idea of how these jackets should fit. This is the jacket: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Levis-Sta-P...-men-BLACK-LEVIS-medium-VINTAGE-/322002053391

Very cool! I've never seen that one. I'm always looking for those sporting Vanson, Aero. etc and I run up expecting a high five. It's like waving to a fellow biker!
" yeah, you get it, we're simpatico!"

lol Simpatico. Sadly, the fellow didn't even seem to be all that aware of the jacket, or the style. Said he just bought it because it was on a very good discount. It's a really, really cool looking jacket! When I first saw it, I thought it's some super high end vintage repro brand, half expected to hear it's some RMC or something. I'm actually regretting I didn't offer to buy it off from him there and then, but at that moment I was a bit disappointed it's 'just' Levi's. These photos really don't do it justice. Even the leather is beautiful but the cut is where it's at. Slim fitting, but not too tight with long enough sleeves. Little flared at the waist. Just... nice f*****g jacket. *honk honk*

I've always thought some of the Levis stuff looked pretty damn good but there does seem to be a wide range in quality and cut.
