I may have permanent damage to my eyes from that photo.

Well the OP did ask for examples of hat wearers that may have a "negative" effect on the hat image! :p

Ahh, If I were going to guess, I'd have said him... he is one of the "invisible" people in my book, meaning I pay no attention to him, so I barely knew what he looks like.

Why, he is a great and well known hat afficionado!

Look at this (spot the ears - but do so at your own risk!):

Most of which don't seem to fit particularly well.

I Disagree

Kid Rock should stay with the too large sized hats, find one with about four more inches of crown depth, and pull it all the way down, so all we can see are his classy shirts. This guy has been and continues to be a first class wanker. Frank

With a capital 'W'!!!

Your right, he wears those hats about as naturally as Pammy's.....

Not only do they look too big (Kid's hats that is!) but the way he wears that brim they look almost like he's got a reverse snap going on.

As for the red straw - definitely a custom job ;)

Seems that Kid Rock wears his hats too big as his personal touch. No sure it offends me too much that he does so. Everyone that spends a fair amount of time in a fedora will tend to adopt a style that they favor. He has his. I like that he wears brimmed hats because I like brimmed hats, but I won't loose too much sleep over how he goes about it. [huh]

He look so bombed he probably just grabbed the nearest one off the rack at Walmart and smushed onto his head backwards.

I've had enough people ask me how you know which end of a fedora is the front. They thought wearing it with the pinch at the back is an acceptable way of wearing it.

Tell me about it. Most people who snatched one of my hats off my hat and put them on their own noggin (and I HATE every part of it) plopped them on backwards...with a lot of giggles to boot! :rage:

Ah well...
