I have just bought an Eastman D1 in size XL. It is in perfect unworn condition but I read that it was equivalent to 44/46. Unfortunately I am gutted because it is more 46/48 and just too big across the shoulders. I’m looking to buy a size L or swap. Might consider a B6 in 46. Location UK.
