I was recently given a couple of cheap Ivy caps by a friend and I'd like to get one or two of higher quality (i.e. 100% wool) eventually. I don't need, nor can I afford, custom/bespoke, so I was wondering if the current opinions lean more towards Hanna Hats, Mucros Weavers, or ??? Any suggestions and/or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I have a few Hanna hats and really like them. Tweed and linen. Good build and beautiful materials.

It is amazing, and the Aran Islands are terrific for more than their sweaters. The old Dun Aonghasa (Fort Angus), overlooking the Atlantic, will take your breath away.

Man, I would love to !! Ireland is on my short list of vacations, I do have some Irish ancestry.

Also love the Aran Sweaters and have bought several from Ireland. Would love to visit some of those factories and/or stores as well.

Hello. I know this is an older thread but I was curious what people’s experiences have been with Hanna’s linen caps? How well do they hold their shapes, what kind of sweatbands do they have? I’m thinking hard about getting their “Connery” cap in the charcoal check but want to do some due diligence .
