Haggis

My department is toasting the haggis tonight. Our piper was away on the 25th so we're having a late Burns Night.

I bought some canned Haggis from Caledonian Kitchen a few years ago (along with some canned "neeps" and some type of chutney I call "haggis sauce" ) and while it looked completely unappetizing (see picture below) the combination of flavors made it taste quite sublime. Wish I could find some fresh stuff around here. (And yes, next time I'll do it with some Scottish ale instead of a pint of the black.)
