Wilke velour called "Bürstel Electra" in blue.
Fedora in size 58 with the raw edge brim at 5,5cm and the crown at 11cm at the center dent. The label says 7, but the measurements add up to a about a size 58. Just to be clear the measurements are:
front to back: 20,3cm
side to side: 16,3cm
The blue colour is called "schwalbe" (swallow) on the label. Likely 1930's. They don't come much better than this.
