For sale Schott NYC Sportswear label size 50 L. Model # 517 Lapel snaps but No collar snaps. Pocket zippers zip up. Schott logo on coin pocket. White pockets. Leathercraft process Label. Size 50 Long on inside coin pocket tag. No barcode or lot/bundle label. YKK front Zipper . All zipper pulls work. Round pocket zipper pulls. Lightweight Olive quilted nylon lining. No inside pocket. Inside of coin pocket flap not leather (nylon? Cloth? ) No snap on back of collar, the buckle is a little rusty. It’s still in pretty good condition.Gail from Schott said: Based on the Schott Logo pocket ticket it confirms the jacket was made in either 1983 or 1984, these are the 2 years we used these pocket labels on our jackets. The main Schott Sportswear label confirms it is either the style #418 (1983/1984) in the Finished Split leather or the style #517 (1983) in a soft Steerhide leather. Both of these types of leather used in these styles were a lesser cost leather and therefore did not have the Perfecto label in the jackets. The buckle on this jacket with the curved sides is not a Miter buckle which has mitered corners.
A great entry level Schott perfecto style cross zip for $200 priority shipped direct to your door OBO. More Pictures and info in link below. Any Questions? Check: https://www.schottnyc.com/forum/posts/please_help_identify_schott_sportswear_labeled_long_motorcycle_jacket.htm
