FS - ELC B-3 Perry Sportswear Mixed Batch - size 46

I sell my last ELC B-3 Perry Sportswear Mixed Batch to purchase an ANJ-4 .
I bought a B-3 GW and I don't need two B-3s in my collection .
I bought this new jacket in June , it is new with its box, and I have rarely worn it .
no defect , no smell ... this jacket is as clean as if you buy it from ELC .
The measurements are :
(taken outside of the jacket so please allow for the thickness of the sheepskin):
back length 71 cm (27")
shoulder: 55 cm (21.6")
arm: 66.5 cm (26") and pit: 65 cm (25.5")

Price : 1000 GBP debatable ( new value at Eastman: 1300 GBP )

Does the back length measurement include the collar? HP has the back measurement at 26 on a size 46.
