How long did yours take to break in?

Maybe eight weeks casual daily wear, mostly bus to work and back home and the sleeves were soft and broken in, the front was broken in for good parts and the back started to shape around my shoulder blades. Note I did not wear it much at all, no physical work in it whatsoever. I then took it on a 10 days trip to Scotland in June; it was cold and windy there and I wore it all day, even in the car and slept in it one or two nights and since then it is as broken in as it gets, I suppose. Soft all around, terrific grain.

Just quick update from me with some pictures of the leather. Again, my apologies for the poor quality of the pics, I still hope they help with future decisionmaking on the leather.
