I am San Felip Not Loreto. It is only some 450 Nautical Miles from me. But it sounds like an excellent idea to take my boat in that direction. But maybe not. The price of a slip is about 100 US per day at the gringo marinas. Luckly, I am presently house sitting in S, Cal for a friend who is hard at work helping out the County.
