Yes the ripped off photos from Thurston do....again....they aren't being stopped.
Worth a try, but they often do nothing. A couple years ago I bought a vintage jersey that turned out fake, the seller partially refunded me as I complained and apologized, then listed it again a couple weeks later as genuine. He has kept doing this for year despite having reported him and chatted with eBay support providing the big red flags (team's crest off center) and showing the conversation (to which I'm quite positive support has access to) in which the seller admitted it was fake.
Nobody will sell you dollars for pennies. Plus the pictures are likely sourced from some official retailer and not the actual item.
It's the fact that it's being sold as "new, with tags", choose your size, and it comes from Pakistan.

Condition and price is good, especially for a J-23. If it was in a 38 or 40 I would get it. Saw a 36 sell on Yahoo as well recently for more than this it was at like 110,000 JPY I think, that came with the collar.
