I might put my size 40 for sale in my signature (seeing as it's the modern way)

How did this turn out? It’s a gorgeous specimen.
Yeah sure it arrived! I posted about it here:How did this turn out? It’s a gorgeous specimen.
This model runs big. A size 44 fits like a modern 44. Nice jacket. Not the top of the California's police jackets but not bad.
This is outstanding but hard to know about size. Listing says it’s women’s.Sportclad Aviator (I think). Not sure about the condition or if this is a good vintage, but you guys will know. Size 40.

My guess is some GW employee assumed it was a woman's and marked it as such. They do that frequently with vintage jackets. This is outstanding but hard to know about size. Listing says it’s women’s.
Thanks for posting. This JC Penney Sportclad is very likely wartime issue. The zipper and stop box are from that era. That is a 40s label. Has the look and wear of being 80 years old. Looks like California Sportswear make. Not a ladies jacket, small men's 38. The poor condition should be reflected in the final price. To me, a parts jacket.Sportclad Aviator (I think). Not sure about the condition or if this is a good vintage, but you guys will know. Size 40.
