I haven't ever bought a jacket this crinkly. But I have had several with multiple serious storage creases. I get the jackets wet and press them flat with weights, books, and plywood. Its worked out really well. This is a freakin raisin though............ It seems no one has been able to solve this issue. A real shame when you see one like this.

Oh Yes I did see this before!!!! Fantastic solution. I have done it more crudely stuffing the jacket with towels and sheets. Really made a difference on this one!!! I wonder if you could resurrect the Mulholland with this method. Probably not 100% but I wonder how much it can be remedied with the Wet and Stretch/Press process??

We should have a dedicated thread for "maintenance/repair" of leather. I started one called the

"Tools for cleaning and conditioning leather" https://www.thefedoralounge.com/thr...and-conditioning-leather.108543/#post-2940438

Marc, has elevated techniques in conditioning and maintenance/repair of leather goods. I am sure there are others who can share their wisdom and experience.

I’m really thinking about this jacket.
@JMax ^^^^^^^ THIS ^^^^^^^^ SHOWS ^^^^^^^^ PROGRESS ^^^^^^^^ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must be doing great with your Therapy!!!!! From what I hear---the first step is NOT hitting the BUY IT NOW button immediately. You need to THIINK about the purchase. THINK about whether you really NEED this item........ THINK about how it will make you feel............. THINK THINK THINK.................

Its all this damn prescribed THINKING that confuses me so I just hit the BIN button so the voices in my head will stop!!!!!

I marvel at your self control and your rationality sir

PS---So when can we expect fit pics?????

I have so far managed to lay off. I did find this again. Ridiculous. My mint one should then go for one million dollars lol.

That thing is riddled with mold. Every one of those spots. It's garbage. Maybe it could be treated, if caught early but it looks already half eaten, and I wouldn't want to let it inside the house to spread to the rest of my collection. People who sell things like that are about a step above selling smallpox blankets.
