Out of curiosity, I checked the address. It was the location of a HD dealership in 1941, taking over the space of a former laundromat. The building is long gone.

I wondered about that, since they're known for being from Milwaukee, not Detroit. This is an acceptable explanation

I wondered the same. Thinking to myself how could they confuse Ford and HD in the repro? Glad its a better reason, but I wonder how many others would be thrown off by this just walking down the street...
