Next to no grain. Someone posted on the Schott forum about a “pleather” Beck that looks identical.

That would explain the bargain. But the seller calls it a Beck-Arnley, so he probably doesn’t spend time on TFL.

Very cool jacket and even better story.

“Condition is Used. I bought this from a school friend in 1972. His dad bought it in Canada in 1945. My kids wore it in the 1990s and had a new zip fitted which is working fine“
