Not a Cal Leathers. California Sportswear is the maker. Really nice. Worth? Depends on many factors but I would say the full asking price ($375) is more than fair, even low.

You sure about sizing? Nothing posted except small. Lol

That’s spectacular! Looks like Stu put a B2 or B whatever collar on a ryder. That’s def more than just a mouton collared ryder. Man if that is your size I’d say screw the length. That is cool! Even the brown hide looks good. Is it steer? Stu’s brown cow was insanely pretty.

Wards. I can’t recall if later Wards jackets could come with the zip collar. But Cooper did a repro of the MW that definitely did. Both nice jackets.

Edit- That’s the one I sold you right? No zip on collar? I can’t recall now. I also owned the Cooper version of this exact jacket and it did have the zip on/off collar.

A 78 year old pilot is clearing out his stuff, which includes his mentor’s 1928 Beck aviator jacket!

I’m going to try to get in contact with him. Perhaps we can even get thing off to Shawn.

Very rare jacket if the seller is real. He did not reply in the forum to inquiries maybe he replied by email and sold the jacket?
