Wow!!! That is COOL! Somebody sawed that one off though. That was originally a longer style.
You think so @ton312??? I was wondering if it was a missing link type of jacket. Like a snap shot of the evolutionary chart toward half belts. It looks old but I doubt it predates the half belt style so maybe someone lopped it??

BTW----so nice of you to check in today after winning the MEGA MILL!!!!!!!!!!!! When I heard, "....winning ticket sold in the Chicago area..." I immediately KNEW that our boy Tony in The Chi had hit it big and he was already making plans to buy ALL THE REGULARS in the Lounge custom Aero jackets.

Sorry to out you bro!!!!

Oh do I wish. I could finally afford my titanium arc reactor powered Aero.

For sure that jacket has been shortened. Belt is a dead giveaway but so is the hem.

Still an absolute steal for the money though. I love it.

Did a bit of marketing work for UPS many years ago.
Uniform used to be called 'The Browns' (at least in the UK). I recall the guys were very picky about who was qualified to wear them. No Management.........

Excuse my digression on the UPS Browns here............

I have some friends who are pilots and one of them flies for UPS. When talking with other pilots you'll hear, "Hey You still flyin for BIG BROWN???" Also, a successful shipping businessman owns a horse that won the Kentucky Derby some years ago---he named the horse BIG BROWN to honor UPS.

They've really leaned into BROWN as their main company color. My brother has a powder coating business and they do work for custom car builders. So this old retired UPS guy wanted his 60s Impala done in "REVERSE UPS COLORS". My brother's shop did the chassis and some non body panel parts. Its a Maize Gold metallic with Brown pinstriping and it looks killer. They really get attached and loyal to those colors!!!

In summary, I gotta get a pair of those BROWN shorts.........those and Mail Man Shorts...............

I forgot to post the back----the look flows pretty smoothly. Though there are multiple panels, they managed to line it up so that it looks homogenous. OR perhaps it was cut from one large hide portion to fit the jacket build and pieced back together. Either way, it works.

In this jacket, I'd be careful around any ole bull, lest he mistakes the owner for a romantic interest...;)
