I find this vintage Harley "Traveler" jacket very intriguing. Except I don't know if the original gray color would come back with conditioning (the leather looks parched) or if it would end up looking like crap.

That is the most mint Taubers I've ever seen. That is a very good deal for that jacket. As good a chunk of HH as you are likely to ever find.
EDIT: the tag claims genuine leather not HH...I suppose it could be steer. Either way an exceptional find.

It's a rare jacket from 1940s and it's in near mint condition, so there's nothing to doubt about if the size is wearable.

I suspect Johnson Leathers based on other tags (states M-500 on 2d tag, isn’t that Johnson?) and the look of the jacket. Unlike other Just Leather jackets I have seen. Much better leather.

The seller is selling a tagged Johnson Leather 44 with similar opening ask. No measurements on either auction.
