My 1928 75th is a size 50. It runs large, it weighs 5.9 LBs according to my trusty luggage scale, but I thought it was heavier. It’s good enough for winter and room for layering, and when it’s not I got the B3. Its my go to cross zip (I’m not a rider) and $300 with box is basically a steal - you can see what others are asking an eBayI owned this at one point. Well not this specific jacket ha. But a 1928 MBE. For some reason it was called Marlon Brando Edition (MBE) even though it looked nothing like the Wild One jacket. But it was 1/50 for the Spanish market. I believe I sent it on its way in part of a trade with @ksozay if I recall. These are made of fairly thin leather...but some of Schotts finest detailing and precision from the various Ive handled, seen, and owned. 300 is a more than fair price. Someone should get on that.
Yeah like I said 300 is quite a good deal. They are nice.My 1928 75th is a size 50. It runs large, it weighs 5.9 LBs according to my trusty luggage scale, but I thought it was heavier. How the hell did this guy measure that sleeve? Wow. I'd ask for measurement from the top of the shoulder seam to cuff.
I went to Rin's book and you are correct the fourth of Ross's tag was green and the first of his tags marker Langlitz Leathers used from 1950 to 1956. I go confused with the green Speedway Tag that had the two speeding motorcycles used 1948-1949Thanks for the link. Nice Langlitz. It does look kind of green...or very dirty.
I had a Langlitz Green label a few years ago. Sadly, way too small for me. The Green labels I've seen have a slightly different design.
