Feedback system for classifieds

Does TFL have a feedback system for classifieds where buyers and sellers rate each other or their transactions? Seems like it would be a good thing. Or is there a way to see who has had multiple sales/transactions without incident? I wouldn't want to buy from just anyone on here, though I don't doubt there are many trustworthy sellers.

If I were selling on here, I'd be more inclined to list on eBay and link it here (I'm pretty sure I saw that's ok)...that way if either of us had an issue, we'd have some recourse though eBay/PayPal.

I saw threads recently about a possible ****mer and also about a minimum number of posts before selling. Got me thinking.

I have not had any issues with selling and buying on this forum. There is the occasional incidence where someone's account got hacked and the ****mer is using the account, but that is not often. With due diligence, you can minimize issues. Ask for details, ask for additional pictures, measurements. You can look at their past postings on the forum to assess credibility.

I think we pretty much trust everyone here. Only time I even worry about little bit is buying or selling to new investors town members.

Any concerns, then go PayPal (not F&F though). Have had issues on a couple of occasions (not here) & PP have issued a swift refund.

I figured selling on here to avoid eBay fees was one of the benefits to the forum

I would just sell through vinted or depop . There are no seller fees. I get how a buyer wouldn't like that, but it eliminates (or lessens) the risk for both parties.

Also, the shipping is easier...and with vinted, I know that they pay for the customs fees if someone from the US buys from the UK.
