Vintage early 50’s leather motorcycle jacket. There are no tags anywhere to be found. Based on the zippers, it is assumed that this jacket is from the 1950s. The buffalo plaid lining is wool. Belted. Gusseted shoulders. Conmar zippers all around. All the zippers work and there are no holes in the pocket bags. The main zipper is missing one tooth towards the top, but that does not effect anything and the jacket still zips up all the way perfectly fine. The most prominent flaw is the arm lining at the cuff is a little beat. There are a few spots of slight wear and discoloration throughout as well. I would say the jacket is in overall great condition though, all things considered. My best guess is this jacket was made by Blatt of Chicago, other more experienced forum members have agreed. Definitely a cool jacket unfortunately about an inch too short on the arms and length for me.
