Just a note on how things are going.
The first hat was finished and did not meet what Matt was looking for.
So another couple of hats are making their way through the factory now.
Please keep in mind that a 'production' hat like we are waiting for takes more time than
say a hat that is ordered for a film or TV show. Those hats are walked through by Matt himself.
Hence things are corrected right then.
I hope to have the hats in hand by the first of June.
Then the Major and I will let you know!!!!!

Thanks. A silvery gray would be nice in that style.

FYI, a hat of that color is my vintage Stetson 25, don't know from when, probably 60s or 70s. A silvery gray is the right way to describe it. I say so in case you wind up still looking for that color. I do not know whether all Stetson 25s from that era have the same color, but maybe they do.

If open to "short standing members," I would like to stand in line for an opportunity to aquire such a fine fedora. Please consider my request.

The sage color would make a fine hat for fall wearing in Minnesota. The hat would wear well in the wooded backdrop that is ever present in my neghborhood. Go for sage! Not to mention it is a fine spice for fall grilling.

Needing a classy addition to my hat closet, Eric -

I would also consider it if in sage color. I now have a Stetson 25 that is silverbelly in color, and my demand for lots of Open Road type hats of the same color is limited.

Like I need another Silverbelly OR/Strat clone - but why the heck not? Put me down for one.

Major, if a guy wanted a wind trolley is that something that you could add as a custom feature, at a reasonable additional cost of course?

I do not own a Silverbelly fedora, so please put me down for one. I still cannot believe I missed the Fedorafest III---I live 10 minutes from Hatco!!!

I am very excited about this Stratoliner clone!

I'm hoping this works out because it could be a big win for everyone.

Great hat for us

Good business for Maj. Moore who seems to be a great guy - I plan on getting a hat from Buckeroo at some point anyway

Good marketing opportunity for Hatco/Stetson if they can come up with a product that gets the FL members excited.

I'm happy I didn't go ahead with that Campdraft thing now!
