I recently acquired, used, an Aero B-3 size 42. I find it tight across my shoulders with sleeves slightly too short while perhaps too roomy?? at the waist. But when I'm sitting in my truck, the jacket riding up my body, jacket's shoulder tightness becomes more pronounced. I could furnish you with dimensions in a PM were you to think it needed to tell me whether your Eastman B-3 would be a better fit.
