That's the Borsalino on page 1204. Can't get the picture over here.

Thank you for buying this before I saw it, cause tho' I haven't two dimes to rub together right now, I'd of bought in anyway at that price. That is one sweet little number!

I'm with you on that one Rick! Great price, great hat. That may restore my faith that you can cherry pick a bargain if you remain vigilant. And yes, I would probably be headed for divorce if I pulled the trigger, even at that price!

I have a 3X Resistol San Antonio with that same liner, one of my faves, fits so nice. Let us know (after you get the hat) if there is anything in the hat indicating it is a San Antonio, or whatever. I steam all of mine out to open crown and then into a tear drop, but sometimes it can be a real challenge to get the old crease lines to disappear.

Just got this Resistol Open-Road wanna be, $10. Has a bit of moth damage, but I think I can work around it with the HarpPlayerGene method (oh, what would I do without the fedora lounge?).

Gonna take the Cattlemen's crease out, probably gonna switch to a diamond crease, or maybe just center dent...

The buyer who picked up the leather cap I was selling is a bit different than most. They're closing in on 34000 feedback (just for the buyer's name in my auction - read the link, they have more), 100% positive, and all of the communication I've had with them is automated. This is a first for me.

From their "about us" page below:
With the official parnership with eBay Group (eBay and PayPal), we introduce eBay items to the World 2nd biggest eCommerce Market, Japan on sekaimon.com (www.sekaimon.com). We have office in San Jose/California, Tokyo/Japan and a logistic center in Carson/California.

Will do! The hat is already on its way.

That is bizarre. I have never heard of that before. Somebody had a great idea.

To find one who runs a vintage shop that also sells gents' hats would be perfect... :D

I like the way you think, Mario, and as the guy who originally said I'd be headed for divorce, I have to add it might have something to do with a fairly recent Whippet acquisition:D I'll have to let things calm down a bit before jumping into the fray...

Then again, there's that Imperial Stetson Lefty mentioned, and Buler's 7X CB....
