I did purchase the hat and have dealt with her a couple of times previously. This one (and the others) had size tags(English/French/Metric) so measurements were ignored. 7-1/8 was UK not USA. Condition has been somewhat enhanced previously.zetwal said:

As these "stretchers" are head-shaped rather than hat block shaped they are not useful for creating a smooth open crown so I would beware of the baking feature.
