It's a Hat Corporation of America product, so 1932 to circa 1940. It should clean up nicely. A neat find at a great price!

I don't know what that means, but someone got a really sharp hat in a sharp color, for under $200.

55$+ for shipping across the pond (USPS priority, not courier) is pretty hefty as far as shipping charges go, though .
